State of California Apostille FAQ

Apostille

I operate in accordance with California Notary laws and guidelines. Apostille services are limited to processing documents through the appropriate state, federal, or consular channels as permitted by law. Fees are based on service rendered. Only the state-regulated notarial fee is eligible for refund if a signing is canceled or does not occur, and only by written request. All other service fees (including apostille handling, travel, document preparation, or coordination) are non-refundable once initiated. It is your responsibility to ensure that all forms are completed prior to signing, that valid government-issued ID is available, and that communication remains open throughout the process. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the notary public and service provider from any liability related to delays, document rejection, or omissions.
